ZOOM WHITENING POST OPERATORY INDICATIONS
Once your Zoom whitening has concluded, please take in mind the following:
What can I expect after my Zoom Whitening?
There will be mild to moderate tooth sensitivity in the next 24 hours after the procedure.
You will notice a slight change in your teeth color in the next days. The tooth shade will look more natural and less cloudy.
Zoom whitening will not interfere with chewing, talking or dental hygiene. You will be able to perform your daily tasks with no problem.
Post – Operatory Indications:
•During the next 24 hours after your dental whitening procedure you should eat foods and beverages at ROOM TEMPERATURE.
•Please avoid eating COLD or HOT things therefore you will have tooth sensitivity due to the sudden change in temperature.
•Once 24 hours have passed after your dental whitening procedure, you will be able to continue your regular diet.
•You won’t experience any teeth sensitivity anymore after 24 hours of the procedure.
Other things to take in consideration:
•It is possible to do future dental whitenings in case you notice your teeth go back to their original shade.
•Abstaining from eating these foods/beverages will keep your whitened teeth’s shade for a longer period of time:
•Black coffee or tea
•Cola drinks (Soda)
•Red wine
•Curry
•Balsamic vinegar
•Soy sauce
